The FMBR (Falcutative MBR) is a decentralized wastewater treatment system with a small footprint, low energy consumption, minimal residual biosolids, and a reliable, high quality effluent water.
Its biological treatment process simultaneously removes carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in a single reactor while fostering natural microbial competition to create a food web, enhancing the activity of the mixed biomass consortium, saving energy, and minimizing sludge disposal.
FMBR technology lowers operating costs, minimizes footprint requirements, reduces carbon emissions, and meets nutrient discharge limits with simple controls.
The FMBR technology appears to be more energy efficient than
the SBR and during the pilot program there has been a substantial energy savings as noted in the technical report.
Also it is important to note that it has been our experience that the FMBR technology when properly sized appears to "recover"more quickly to permit compliance" issues (total nitrogen)than the SBR.
JDL Global has been excellent to work with, their technology works and it is highly likely that FMBR technology is a viable technology going into the future.
JDL is dedicated to developing new technologies and products, providing its clients with the best products and services, and protecting the environment with the most sincere heart.
